Crowdwide / Partnership Terms · Version 2026-10-16-v1 · no fees, no exclusivity, no data sharing

Partnering with Crowdwide.

These terms apply to every organization or website owner (the "Partner") whose partnership request Crowdwide approves. By submitting a request you confirm that you have read them and, if the request is approved, you agree to them on behalf of the organization.

01

Purpose

The Crowdwide partner program lets approved organizations show the Crowdwide name and logo on their website, and lets Crowdwide show the Partner's name, logo and website link on Crowdwide. It exists so that people can discover organizations that Crowdwide works alongside. Nothing in these terms changes the Terms of use, Privacy policy or Community Guidelines that apply to Crowdwide members.

02

Applying

A partnership starts with the public application form. The applicant must be authorized to bind the organization, must own or control the website named in the request, and must give accurate and complete information, including a working contact email. Each website may have one open request. Crowdwide may ask for more information, may check the website and the page where the Crowdwide brand would appear, and may decline any request. A request is not a partnership: nothing starts until an administrator approves it and the Partner is told by email.

03

Approval and effect

Approval is decided by a Crowdwide administrator and sent to the contact email with a reference number. The partnership begins on the date of that email and continues until it ends under "Ending the partnership". Crowdwide may add the Partner's logo and listing after approval; the licence to display the Crowdwide brand begins at approval, and the listing may follow once the logo has been added.

04

What a partnership is not

A partnership is not an agency, employment, franchise, joint venture or fiduciary relationship, and neither side may bind the other or speak for it. It is not exclusive: either side may work with anyone else. It is not an endorsement: neither side endorses the other's products, services, views or content, and neither may say or suggest otherwise. No fee, commission, revenue share, Waves or other payment or benefit is owed by either side because of the partnership. If a Partner also advertises on Crowdwide, that is a separate service governed by the Advertising Terms.

05

Licence to the Partner (Crowdwide brand)

While the partnership is active, Crowdwide grants the Partner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, royalty-free licence to display the Crowdwide name and the logo files supplied in the brand kit on the Partner's website, solely to show that the Partner is a Crowdwide partner and in line with the Partner Brand Guidelines. Crowdwide keeps all rights in its name, logo and related goodwill. The Partner must not register or use confusingly similar names, domains, handles or marks, and gets no other right in Crowdwide's intellectual property.

06

Licence to Crowdwide (Partner brand)

The Partner grants Crowdwide a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence, for as long as the partnership is active, to display the Partner's name, logo and website link on Crowdwide, including the home page, footers, About page, partnership pages and similar partner placements, and in neutral announcements of the partnership. Crowdwide may resize, crop, convert or place the logo on a plain background so that it displays correctly, but will not otherwise alter it. The Partner confirms that it owns or may license these materials and that their use as described does not infringe anyone's rights. The Partner may ask us to update or remove the listing at any time.

07

Partner standards and compliance

The Partner must keep its website lawful and must not host or promote adult or sexually explicit content, gambling or betting, illegal goods or services, hate or harassment, fraud, malware, misleading or deceptive practices, or content that infringes others' rights. The Partner must comply with the laws that apply to it, including consumer-protection, advertising and disclosure, data-protection, intellectual-property, sanctions and anti-corruption laws. It must keep the information in its request accurate and tell us promptly if it changes (for example a new website address, contact or owner).

08

Data and privacy

A partnership does not give the Partner any access to Crowdwide accounts, messages, content or member data, and does not give Crowdwide any access to data about the Partner's visitors or customers. Neither side may use the partnership, the brand display or any link between the sites to track people across them or to collect data from the other's users without a lawful basis and any consent the law requires. Each side is responsible for its own website, privacy notice and compliance. How Crowdwide handles the details in a partnership request is described in the Privacy policy.

09

Review, suspension and removal

Crowdwide may review the Partner's website and its use of the Crowdwide brand at any time. If it reasonably believes that these terms or the brand guidelines are being breached, that a listing is inaccurate, or that the partnership creates legal, safety or reputational risk, Crowdwide may hide the listing, suspend the brand licence or end the partnership immediately, and will tell the Partner by email where practical.

10

Ending the partnership

Either side may end the partnership at any time, for any reason, by email to the other's contact address (Crowdwide: developerpuneet2010@gmail.com), quoting the reference number. When it ends, Crowdwide will remove the Partner's listing and delete its logo file promptly (and in any event within seven days of a request), and the Partner must remove the Crowdwide name and logo from its website within 14 days. Provisions that by their nature should continue (ownership, indemnity, liability and disputes) survive.

11

No warranties

The partner program and any listing are provided "as is" and "as available". Crowdwide does not promise any amount of traffic, visibility, members, sales or other result, or that a listing will always be shown or that the service will be uninterrupted. Each side gives only the warranties stated in these terms.

12

Liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, arising from the partnership, and Crowdwide's total liability for any claim relating to the partnership is limited to the amount the Partner paid to Crowdwide for it, which is nothing. The Partner will defend and compensate Crowdwide against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from the Partner's website or materials, its breach of these terms, or its infringement of any rights. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes any right you have under mandatory law.

13

Confidentiality of requests

Crowdwide uses the information in a request only to assess and manage the partnership. Only administrators can see it. If a request is approved, only the name, logo, website link and short description that appear in the listing are made public.

14

Changes to these terms

Crowdwide may update these terms and the brand guidelines. We will change the version shown above and email partners at their contact address. If a change is material and the Partner does not agree, it may end the partnership; continuing to display the Crowdwide brand more than 30 days after notice means the Partner accepts the update.

15

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the Crowdwide operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that place have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live. Before starting a formal claim, both sides will first try to settle the matter in good faith by writing to developerpuneet2010@gmail.com. These terms, the Brand Guidelines and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement about the partnership and replace any earlier understanding.
