Our approach
We use semantic HTML, keyboard-friendly controls, readable contrast, responsive layouts down to small phone screens, and meaningful labels as a baseline.
Crowdwide
Crowdwide / Accessibility
We want Crowdwide to be usable by as many people as possible across devices, abilities, and connection speeds.
We use semantic HTML, keyboard-friendly controls, readable contrast, responsive layouts down to small phone screens, and meaningful labels as a baseline.
Images support alt text, and video/audio use standard browser controls that work with assistive technology.
Sign-in, sign-up, posting, and settings forms use labeled fields and visible focus states so they can be completed with a keyboard alone. Errors are announced next to the field they belong to, not only by color.
Some richer surfaces (live chat, the admin panel) are still being brought up to the same standard as the rest of the product - this is ongoing work, not a finished state.
Accessibility is ongoing work. Please report a barrier with the page URL and a description of what happened to developerpuneet2010@gmail.com so we can investigate.
