Crowdwide / Partner Brand Guidelines · Version 2026-10-16-v1 · for approved partners
These guidelines explain how an approved partner may show the Crowdwide name and logo, and how Crowdwide shows partners. They form part of the Partnership Terms.
01Who may use the brand
Only organizations whose partnership request has been approved, and only while the partnership is active. If you have not received an approval email, do not display the Crowdwide name or logo or suggest any partnership. The licence ends automatically when the partnership ends.
02Approved assets
Use only these files, unaltered: Crowdwide logo (full size), logo 512 px and logo 192 px. Link the logo to https://www.crowdwide.run.place/. Do not recreate, trace or edit the logo, and do not use the app icon, favicon or cover image as a partner badge.
03How to describe the partnership
Use plain wording such as "Partner of Crowdwide" or "In partnership with Crowdwide". Do not say or imply that Crowdwide owns, endorses, recommends, certifies, sponsors or is responsible for your organization, products, services or content, that it has reviewed them, or that members receive any discount, reward or special treatment because of the partnership.
04Do
Keep the logo's proportions, colours and clear space (at least a quarter of the logo's height on every side). Show it at 24 px high or larger so it stays legible. Place it on a background with good contrast; a plain white or neutral tile is safest. Put it with other partner or "as seen with" marks, not in your own logo, header mark, page title or navigation. Keep a working link to Crowdwide and make sure images have alt text such as "Crowdwide".
05Do not
Do not stretch, rotate, recolour, add effects to, animate, crop, outline or combine the logo with your own mark. Do not make the Crowdwide name or logo part of your own company, product, domain, social handle, app or business name. Do not use it on products, merchandise or paid advertising, in a way that makes it look like Crowdwide is the speaker, or on pages with adult, gambling, illegal, hateful, deceptive or infringing content.
06How Crowdwide shows partners
Crowdwide shows your name and logo with a link to your website in partner sections of its home page, footers, About page and partnership pages. We place the logo, unaltered except for resizing, on a plain white tile so that it is readable in every site theme, and add a note that partners are independent and that a partnership is not an endorsement. You can ask us to update or remove the listing at any time.
07Disclosure and honesty
Partnership with Crowdwide involves no payment or benefit either way. If you receive anything of value from anyone in connection with promoting Crowdwide, the law may require you to disclose it clearly. Do not state anything about Crowdwide, its members, numbers or features that you cannot support.
08Third-party marks and your assets
Crowdwide is a trademark of its operator. Other names and logos belong to their owners. By applying you confirm that you own or may license the name and logo you ask us to display. We will not use your marks for any purpose other than your listing and neutral announcements of the partnership.
09Removal and enforcement
When a partnership ends, or if we ask you to correct a misuse, remove or fix the Crowdwide brand within 14 days. Misuse may lead to immediate suspension of the licence, removal of your listing, and any other action the law allows.
10Questions and permission for other uses
If you need a use that is not covered here (for example in print, at an event or in a press release), ask first at developerpuneet2010@gmail.com and wait for written permission. Do not assume a use is allowed because it is not listed.
