Waves are a virtual, closed-loop Crowdwide feature. They are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, or a promise of cash or other consideration.
Waves may be earned through eligible Crowdwide activity, community ad shares, or administrator adjustments; transferred to another eligible member subject to limits; or spent on features Crowdwide explicitly offers. Campaign budgets, post promotions, and public community promotions use Waves. These are internal ledger transactions, not real-money payments. No unlaunched premium or ad-free purchase is promised by these terms.
Eligible owners may spend the price shown before purchase to place a published post into eligible feeds for the configured duration. The placement is labeled “Promoted · paid with Waves”; payment does not guarantee impressions, audience size, engagement, or outcomes. Private-community, reply, and posts flagged for review are not eligible. Waves are reversed if activation fails; once active, a promotion is not refundable except for a platform adjustment.
Verified owners in good standing may spend the price shown before purchase to place a public community in clearly labeled Explore and Communities discovery placements for the configured duration. Private communities cannot be promoted. Payment does not guarantee impressions, visits, new members, or engagement. Waves are reversed if activation fails; once active, a promotion is not refundable except for a platform adjustment.
Transfers cannot be made to yourself and may be limited by per-transaction and daily caps. Crowdwide may temporarily hold transfers or restrict Waves activity to investigate suspected farming, fake engagement, bots, coordinated accounts, or other abuse.
Waves cannot be sold, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or external goods. A Waves balance is not a payout balance and does not create an entitlement to advertising revenue.
Members must not use fake accounts, bots, self-interaction, reciprocal engagement rings, or other manipulation to earn or transfer Waves. Ad shares are paid only for server-recorded, deduplicated campaign events that successfully consume funded campaign budgets; self-events are excluded, and owners must remain verified and in good standing to receive credits. Crowdwide may reverse invalid rewards, hold transactions, or suspend affected accounts after review. Financial/economy actions are recorded in the platform ledger and administrative audit log.
Crowdwide may change reward amounts, limits, eligible actions, or availability. We will not silently represent Waves as real-money value. Questions may be sent through Contact.
